Account & Data Deletion Instructions
To permanently delete your ROSAapp account and all associated data, follow the steps below.
Prerequisites
You must be logged into the ROSAapp mobile application.
Account & Data Deletion Instructions
Step 1. Open the app and navigate to Account Settings via the profile or settings menu
Step 2. Scroll to the bottom of the Account Settings screen and tap Delete Account (displayed in red)
Step 3. A confirmation dialog will appear titled "Delete Account" with the message: "Are you sure you want to delete your account? This action is permanent and cannot be undone." Tap Delete to proceed.
Step 4. A second dialog titled "Final Confirmation" will appear with the message: "All your data, services, bookings, and integrations will be permanently erased. Continue?" Tap Yes, Delete My Account to complete deletion.
What gets deleted:

Your account profile and credentials
-
All bookings, services, and scheduling data

All channel integrations (WhatsApp, Instagram, Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Microsoft Calendar)

All AI-generated tasks, summaries, and automated responses
Data retention: Residual data may be retained for up to 30 days for legal and security purposes before permanent erasure, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To cancel at any step, tap Cancel or Go Back to return to Account Settings without making changes.
